Terms & Conditions.

Scope of Services:

I offer various marketing and content creation services. These services include but are not limited to photography, videography, editing, writing, and design work. 

Clients can request services by submitting a request through the “Contact” form or by contacting me directly. 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Payment Terms:

I charge a flat rate for each project, which will be agreed upon with the customer before work begins. 

Payment is due in full before work begins, and can be made via direct deposit, check, or another agreed upon payment method. 

Payment for the service packages (The Partial Package, The Ultimate Package) will be monthly and based on a flat rate. All other payment terms still apply.

• Payment will be on the same set date of every month, the date of hire/ contract agreement.

• The first month’s payment is due upfront.

• Payment is to be received within 4 days of invoice’s sent date.

Intellectual Property: 

All intellectual property rights to the content I create belong to me, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to me unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

Customers may use the content we create together for their own purposes. However, customers may not resell or distribute content without my permission. 

Warranties and Liability:

I make no warranties or guarantees about the quality or results of my services for any particular reason. 

My liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services rendered.
